REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final once order has been placed. Please insure that the item purchased is the item needed. Orders cancelled within 24 hours are eligible for a refund.

When ordering our Whipped Body Butter, keep in mind that all of our products are made with all natural ingredients and there are possibilities of melting.

However, If you do receive your products melted not to worry!

Just place it in the fridge until it hardens. Refunds/returns will not be issued for any melted product as you will still get the same benefits in the melted or hardened state.

SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 7 business days to process your order before it has been shipped. Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends and holidays.

Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address during the checkout process. If your package is returned to us due to wrong shipping address, you will be asked to pay another shipping fee for the package to be redelivered to you. If you need to change your shipping address, please email us before your order ships and we will make the adjustment.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us through our Contact us page with your order number for a resolution.

Shipping errors and inquiries must be communicated directly to the courier indicated within your shipping confirmation email.

Our popular whipped body butter will be temporarily unavailable during the warmer summer months from March-September as these are all natural ingredients and there is a high possibility that your product will melt during transit.
